Her vast experience spans a variety of property types, including retail spaces valued at over $300 million, student and multifamily housing worth more than $2.7 billion, and groundbreaking new developments across all asset classes.
Dena is a recognized expert in navigating the complexities of new developments, project design, renovations, and property conversions on both national and international scales. Before founding Moxie Consults, she held prominent leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Cobblestone Development, Vice President of Client Strategy and Consulting at Campus Advantage, and leading Operations for U.S. holdings at The Dot Group's Yugo.
